Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce

- 2 medium heads cauliflower or broccoflower shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3 cups half-and-half or milk shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or swiss cheese shopping list
- 4 tbs horseradish mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and trim cauliflower, do not break apart. In a large cooking pot, cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 mins. Drain and keep warm.
- Melt butter in a 2 qt saucepan, stir in flour and cook 2 mins. Add half-and-half; cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat; add cheese and mustard, stirring until cheese melts.
- To serve, spoon cheese sauce over cooked cauliflower heads.
