Mushrooms Sauteed With Tomatoes

- 500 gms mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 60 ml oil shopping list
- 100 gms onions, sliced shopping list
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, skinned &chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp turmeric powder shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 4 green chilies, slit lengthwise shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 green capsicum, julienned shopping list
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat oil in a frying pan; add onions, ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry until light brown.
- 2. To this, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, green chilies, salt and stir for 2-3 minutes. Also add mushrooms, stir well add little waterif necessary, and simmer till done.
- 3. Now add green capsicum, coriander leaves; lower the heat, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala over and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves and green chilies.
