Bacon and Cheddar Beer Soup

- 6 ounces vegetable oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 pound yellow onions coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1-1/4 pound diced potatoes shopping list
- 1 pound diced carrots shopping list
- 1 pound sliced celery shopping list
- 1 can bacon and cheddar cheese sauce shopping list
- 2 cups beer shopping list
- 1 quart chicken stock shopping list
- 1-1/4 pound frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavor shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Place oil in large stockpot.
- Add onions, potatoes, carrots and celery then sauté 30 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well them simmer 20 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with croutons or Swiss cheese over top.
