How to make it

  • To make garlic rosemary butter whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place vegetables on a baking sheet then season with salt and pepper and drizzle with half of the seasoned butter.
  • Toss to coat well then bake on top shelf of oven at 450 for 20 minutes then stir with spatula and move to bottom shelf of oven.
  • Season halibut with sea salt and pepper then brush with remaining seasoned butter.
  • Place on baking sheet and place on upper shelf of oven and cook 10 minutes per side.
