Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • Two cans Salmon. (drained)
  • Two cups of saltine cracker crumbs (rough sift)
  • Two eggs.
  • Two squirts Worchester sauce.
  • Pinch of Fresh Basil (chopped) or dry (fine)
  • Pinch white pepper or black can be used.
  • Lemon wedges Optional.
  • Two hands 

Directions
  1. Directions:
  2. Easy stuff.
  3. Wash hands well (bachelors)
  4. Crumble salmon into a large mixing bowl
  5. Add dry crumbs, spices and mix lightly together
  6. Add eggs and Worchester and mix using hands,
  7. Form into patties, around six is normal yield.
  8. Coat skillet with cooking spray (canola oil)
  9. Fry under medium heat for 8 minutes flip and continue until golden brown.
  10. You can serve as an entrée with veg and starch or make scrumptious sandwiches even Pitas or just serve on a bed of lettuce with lemon tomatoes and a nice vinaigrette.
