scrambled eggs, crispy corn tortillas with cheese and spices

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • corn tortillas-2-3 torn into pieces)
  • cooking oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet to fry tortillas)
  • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • splash of milk
  • hot sauce or salsa if you like

Directions
  1. heat oil in skillet
  2. add torn pieces of corn tortillas
  3. brown slightly (dont over cook, they'll become to crispy)
  4. beat eggs, cheese and milk in bowl
  5. add to skillet
  6. scramble and add salt & pepper to taste
  7. serve
