How to make it

  • Brown seasoned chicken on stovetop in heavy bottom pot with olive oil
  • add onions and saute gently until soft
  • place in DUTCH OVEN or casserole dish
  • add remaining ingredients and top with parmesan cheese
  • slow cook at 250 for 1 hour or so stir occasionally
  • let sit for 5 minutes
  • chicken should fall off bone
  • serve with noodles, rice or bread!
