Ingredients

3 apples, cored and diced

2 cups of diced celery

1 med. can of crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)

1 cup chopped nuts (I like pecans for this dish)

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Dressing:

Juice from pineapple

1 egg

3 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Boil dressing ingredients just until thickened. Pour over apples, celery, pineapple, and nuts; mix well and let cool. Fold in whipped cream. Chill before serving.
