How to make it

  • ask your kina butcher to cut off all the silver skin, you cant eat it and i find it hard to take off my self
  • sear it off in a large skillet with salt and pepper on each side until golden brown, dont worie about this being cooked all the way
  • now place in a baking dish with an inch of beef stock cook at 350 for 30 min, this wil have a pink center still i love it this way but cook it as you please, it could take another 20 min to be completely cooked through,
  • mix up 1/2 cup mayo to sour cream and then atleases 3 tablespoons horseradish, grated with your smalles grater
  • but if you like it hot to sear through your nasal passages to clear everything out try about 6 tablespoons, wow make my eyes water thinking about it
  • enjoy!!
