How to make it

  • boil your meat in about 4-5 cups of water . add all your seasonings. boil for 45 minutes.
  • slice green tomatoes and white onion. chopped the cilantro.
  • when meat is done cooking, add green tomatoes, onion and cilantro. cook for 30 minutes or until green tomato is soft. Serve with Mexican red rice and enjoy!!!!!

    My father is from Guadlajara! I'm not sure this recipe from there. Just an old family recipe that I learned from the old masters.
