Ingredients
  • 1/2 c water mixed in with soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup( or celery soup)
  • Lge can salmon
  • 1/2c cooked rice
  • 1/2c grated raw carrot 3tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • .

Directions
  1. Mix salmon & liquid rice carrot, & egg. Shape into large balls. Place balls into greased baking dish. Cover with mush soup mixture
  2. bate 350 degrees for 1 hr.
