How to make it

  • Cook rice according to package directions ( I use brown rice because it is healthier)
  • add sauce, sour cream, garlic, cayenne, mushrooms, spinach, red pepper,paprika,thyme, salt and pepper to rice
  • stir and simmer for 5 minutes
  • preheat oven to 250
  • stuff each pepper with mixture and sprinkle with chedder cheese, replace lid
  • cook for 1 hour
  • should be soft when poked with a fork
  • serve warm with sour cream!
