Ingredients
  • 1 package fudge brownie mix
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c semisweet chocolate bits, optional
  • Vanilla ice cream or frozen
  • Yogurt

Directions
  1. With an electric mixer, beat until blended; brownie mix, 1 cup cherry filling, oil and eggs. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees, until brownies spring back when touched lightly. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate bits. Let stand 5-7 minutes, until bits softened. Carefully spread chocolate over surface of brownies. Cool. Cut into squares. Top each brownie with scoop of ice cream and spoonful of cherry filling.
