Country Style Ribs are a tasty and affordable cut of pork that are delicious when slow cooked. Simmer down the sauce for a great gravy to go along with the ribs.

Ingredients
  • 1 1-2 lb packages boneless Country Style Ribs
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown mustard
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • white pepper
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. Preheat a few tablespoons oil in a saute pan over high heat.
  2. Season all sides of ribs with pepper and sage.
  3. Place ribs in pan, brown, turning to brown all sides.
  4. Meanwhile, mix together juice, mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary. Pour into pan after ribs are browned.
  5. Turn heat to medium-low. Add onions
  6. Simmer until liquid is reduced by half and juices in ribs run clear.
  7. Remove ribs.
  8. Add honey. Stir to distribute and return heat to high. Simmer sauce until it reaches desired consistency.
  9. Drizzle gravy over ribs to serve.
