Apple Mustard Braised Ribs

- 1 1-2 lb packages boneless Country Style Ribs shopping list
- 1 cup apple juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon ground sage shopping list
- 1 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1 teaspoon rosemary shopping list
- 1 onion, quartered shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat a few tablespoons oil in a saute pan over high heat.
- Season all sides of ribs with pepper and sage.
- Place ribs in pan, brown, turning to brown all sides.
- Meanwhile, mix together juice, mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary. Pour into pan after ribs are browned.
- Turn heat to medium-low. Add onions
- Simmer until liquid is reduced by half and juices in ribs run clear.
- Remove ribs.
- Add honey. Stir to distribute and return heat to high. Simmer sauce until it reaches desired consistency.
- Drizzle gravy over ribs to serve.
