My late hub used to work with a bunch of guys who liked to fish for Steelhead Salmon in Northern Michigan. They had made smoker out of an old refrigerator, and they would smoke the salmon in it. Hub said that was the best damn fish he'd ever eaten.

I love pasta dishes, and elsewhere on this site I have a recipe for Shrimp Fettucine. This recipe of yours sounds oh so deeeeelish... I know I'll be trying it soon. Thanks for posting.
