Turkey And Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, cut in cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) McCormick Turkey gravy mix.
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Season-All
  • Seasoned salt.

Directions
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add cooked turkey.
  4. Blend water, gravy mix, milk, flour and season-all.
  5. Pour over turkey mixture.
  6. Stir.
  7. Bring to a aboil.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. Side dishes: Hot buttered rolls, steamed broccoli.
