How to make it

  • Cut lard into flour and salt.
  • Mis dry ingredients.
  • Beat egg.
  • Add 5 TBlsp. cold water.
  • Add wet mixture and vinegar to flour.
  • Toll out 1/8 inch thick on flour board or floured towel.
  • Place in pan.
  • Add your favorite pie filling.
  • Bake at 350 degrees or degree your pie filling needs.
