Ingredients
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Shortening (lard)
  • 1 tsp salt (rounded)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 5 Tblsp. cold water
  • One can of Pie filling of your choice. (Cherry,Apple, Peach,etc)

Directions
  1. Cut lard into flour and salt.
  2. Mis dry ingredients.
  3. Beat egg.
  4. Add 5 TBlsp. cold water.
  5. Add wet mixture and vinegar to flour.
  6. Toll out 1/8 inch thick on flour board or floured towel.
  7. Place in pan.
  8. Add your favorite pie filling.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees or degree your pie filling needs.
