Never Fail Pie Crust

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup shortening (lard) shopping list
- 1 tsp salt (rounded) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 5 Tblsp. cold water shopping list
- One can of pie filling of your choice. (Cherry,Apple, peach,etc) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut lard into flour and salt.
- Mis dry ingredients.
- Beat egg.
- Add 5 TBlsp. cold water.
- Add wet mixture and vinegar to flour.
- Toll out 1/8 inch thick on flour board or floured towel.
- Place in pan.
- Add your favorite pie filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees or degree your pie filling needs.
