If you like peanut butter, you will enjoy this. It is rich, tasty and sweet but oh my it is good.

Ingredients
  • 1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie shell
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped (optional)

Directions
  1. Whip softened cream cheese
  2. Beat in powdered sugar and peanut butter
  3. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly
  4. Fold in Cool Whip
  5. Spoon into pie shell
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and freeze until firm
  7. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving
