Cranberry Pumpkin Cookies

- 6Tbs butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2c packed brown sugar, shopping list
- 1/4c sugar shopping list
- 1/2c mashed ,cooked pumpkin shopping list
- 2Tbs beaten egg shopping list
- 1/4tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3/4c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2c quick cooking oats shopping list
- 1/4c whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 1/4c dreid cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars,until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin,egg and vanilla. Combine the flour oats,whole wheat flour,baking soda,ginger,cinnamon,salt,nutmeg and allspice;gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cranberries.
- Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2" apart onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20-22 mins. or till lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool.
