Ingredients

6Tbs butter,softened

1/2c packed brown sugar,

1/4c sugar

1/2c mashed ,cooked pumpkin

2Tbs beaten egg

1/4tsp vanilla

3/4c all purpose flour

1/2c quick cooking oats

1/4c whole wheat flour

1/2tsp baking soda

1/4tsp ground ginger

1/4tsp ground cinnamon

1/8tsp salt

1/8tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground allspice

1/4c dreid cranberries

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars,until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin,egg and vanilla. Combine the flour oats,whole wheat flour,baking soda,ginger,cinnamon,salt,nutmeg and allspice;gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cranberries.

Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2" apart onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20-22 mins. or till lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool.
