Sweet Potato Souffle

Sweet potatoes at the Holiday's will never be the same. Everybody loves this dish. It tastes more like a dessert then a side item. Try it once and you will be hooked!
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- • 4 C. mashed sweet potatoes shopping list
- • 1 C. sugar shopping list
- • 2 eggs shopping list
- • 1/2 C. milk shopping list
- • 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- • 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- • 1/3 stick butter or margarine (melted) shopping list
- • Topping shopping list
- • 1 C. brown sugar shopping list
- • 1/2 C. flour shopping list
- • 1/3 C. butter or margarine (melted) shopping list
- • 1 C. pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation
- Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and melted butter. Pour into a buttered pan.
- Mix together all topping ingredients and crumble topping evenly over potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes uncovered.
