Cheese Vegetable Soup

- 2T margarine or butter shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped carrots shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped celrey shopping list
- 1/4 C flour shopping list
- 1 C chicken broth shopping list
- 2 C milk shopping list
- 1 C shredded American cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a 2 quart saucepan, melt margarine over low heat
- Add carrots, onion, and celery; cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender - about 10 min
- Remove from heat and stir in flour
- Add broth and mix well
- Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly
- Stir in milk and cheese; continue cooking over medium heat until cheese is mleted and soup is heated through, DO NOT BOIL
- Serve hot
