Mexican Beef Burgers

MEXICAN BEEF BURGERS This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hunter Estate in Saginaw, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 2 small cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together everything except beef then add beef and mix well.
- Make into patties and grill 15 minutes turning once.
- Serve with your favorite condiments on a toasted bun.
