Slow Cooker Turkey Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients

turkey breast on the rib

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

2 cans vegetable broth

2 cups water

4 ribs celery, diced

2 carrots,diced

1 onion,diced

1 can kidney beans,drained and rinsed

5 mushrooms,diced

1/2 tsp.garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

season turkey breast with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

place in crock pot with 1 can broth and 1 cup water.

cook for 8 hours on low setting.

remove turkey from crock pot.

add vegetables, seasonings and remaining broth and water.

dice turkey meat, add back to crock pot. ( i only used half for soup and the other half for sandwiches the next day)

cook another 8 hours on low setting.
