We had a French lady in our neighborhood in Miami when I was a child that sold these to the neighborhood kids for 5 cents each.

Ingredients
- 1 package jell-o (any flavor)
- 1 package kool-aid (any flavor)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Directions
- Mix ingredients and put in small bathroom dispenser cups. Freeze.
