Ingredients
  • 3-4 liter water
  • 2 cup dried navy bean
  • 2-3 ham hock
  • 3 tbs lard
  • 3tbs flour
  • 3 lg onion chopped
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 4 carrot
  • 4 parsley root
  • 1 1/2 tbs paprika
  • 2 celery stick
  • 1pinch salt,and vegeta
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. In regular pot put the water, add wahsed beans,a pinch of salt,vegeta
  2. ham hock,carrot,onion,parsley,celery stick.Cook on medium heat
  3. until boil,then trun the heat down to low,cook until meat is tender
  4. and comes off the bone.Then in a small skillet on low heat
  5. heat the lard;saute garlic until very light brown,make sure not burned
  6. and mix flour,black pepper,to make a paste then take of of heat to cool down add paprika mix togethr and pour this all into the soup.
  7. keep mixing the soup ,and simmer for 1/2 hour,Season as necessary.
  8. Be careful not to over salt.
  9. The smoked maet is already salty.
  10. You also can use smoked sausage in the soup
  11. serve soup with any kind of bread.
