Hungaran Goulash

- 3 lb beef can be mix with pork shopping list
- 3 tbs lard shopping list
- 3 lg onion chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs paprika shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tbs vegeta shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 qt water shopping list
- 4 bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Cube the meat 3/4 inch pieces.
- Stir the onions in the lard over low heat until golden yellow.
- Removed the pot from the heat.(need to walsh the meat .)
- Add meat,salt,vegeta,black pepper,and 1/2 cup water.
- Returne to heat and simmer,about 1 1/2 hour, add the paprika
- and rest of the water,when meat is tender the dish is done.
- Yuo can serve immedtately or also reheat when needed.
- Can be serve with noodles or mash potatoes.
