Duck Pate

- 3 Large Game ducks shopping list
- 3 Stalks celery,cut into pieces shopping list
- 1 Onion,cut in pieces shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 Stalks of celery,cut in pieces shopping list
- 4 green onions,cut in pieces shopping list
- 1 sweet green pepper,chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large stock pot.
- Cover,bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour or until ducks are tender.
- Remove ducks from stock,cool,remove meat from bones.
- Grind meat ,celery,green onion,and green pepper,in food proccessor,stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into a 1 quart mold.
- Chill overnight.
- Remove form mold and serve with whole wheat wafers
