David works at my favourite restaurant, and everitime we go there, this drink appears on our table "just for starters"!

Ingredients
  • 4 glasses sparkly white wine
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp redcurrant syrup

Directions
  1. Mix the redcurrant and the orange juice.
  2. Add the wine and mix carefully (you don't want to lose the bubbles).
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
