How to make it

  • Sauté onion in butter.
  • Add chicken and mash to shred.
  • Add broth, pepper and bouillon.
  • Add noodles.
  • Bring to a boil and then simmer until noodles are tender.
  • If too thick, add water or more chicken broth.
  • Crumble saltine crackers in a bowl and add soup.
