This is very tasty salad,goos with any tipe of meat,even chicken paprikas,goulash,my favorite salad.you have to try it. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 4 lg seedless cucumbers
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1tbs salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Peel and slice cucumbers in thin round slices into a bowl.
  2. Spinkle with salt and let stand for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. Place in serving bowl and add garlic,paprika,vinegar and sour cream
  5. Mix well and serve cold.
