Moroccan Charmoula Marinade Recipe
A spicey Moroccan marinade for vegetables ( or chicken, beef, fish, ) . May taper/increase ingredients to your liking

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 preserved lemon quarters ( make your own, or by in a jar ) I will post this easy recipe next
  • 3 tsp parika
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ras en Hanout ( I already posted this recipe a while ago on group recipes !)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Brush over meat, fish, poultry as desired
  3. Keep remaining marinade chilled in the refrigerator for another use

Oh im gonna try this on some lamb I have left over from Eid in the freezer LOL.... :)
