Ingredients
  • 4 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 cups clean, filtered water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Spike vegetable seasoning or kelp seasweed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Using a blender or food processor, process avocados, garlic, water and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add vegetable seasning and parlsley, Blend 1 minute. Serve as a refreshing cold, raw soup or sauce.

You can substitute 2 cups fresh, steamed asparagus cuts for avocadoes.

You can blend 1/3 cup raw cahsew or tahini sesame butter with 1/2 cup of the water until smooth.
