Beef and Vegetable curry

- I lb stewing beef shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced shopping list
- 3 carrots peeles and diced shopping list
- 4 onions diced shopping list
- 4 tomatoes peeled and seeded (or use a small can of tomatoes) shopping list
- 1 cup corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1 beef bullion cube crushed shopping list
- spices : Adjust these to taste to make it milder, hotter, however you like. shopping list
- 4 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp tumeric shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- water to barely cover shopping list
How to make it
- Put beef, and vegetables into large heavy bottomed pot.
- Add tomato soup
- sprinkle bullion and spices over top
- Pour enough water to just cover
- Bring to boil over medium heat
- Lower until it barely simmers
- Cook for about 8 hours stirring occasionally until it thickens
- Serve over rice.
