Minced Meatballs

- Minced meatballs shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 1/4 oz can deviled ham shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 22 oz can mince pie filling shopping list
- 1/3 cup apple juice or cider shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vinegar shopping list
- Combine eggs, bread crumbs, deviled ham, salt and pepper. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until done. Cover and chill. shopping list
- When ready to serve, combine pie filling, apple juice and vinegar; heat until bubbly. Add meatballs and heat through. Serve in a chaffing dish with picks. Keep warm, adding additional apple juice if mixture becomes too thick. shopping list
