A quick and delicious way to make chicken, its a Gooseberry Patch recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions
  1. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and basil
  2. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with crumb mixture
  3. Brown in butter and oil over medium heat 3-5 minutes on each side
