How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix with an electric mixer the first 5 ingredients
  • Grease a 12 count mini bundt pan
  • Put 2 tbsp of batter into each mini bundt
  • Bake approx. 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean
  • Remove from bundt and allow to cool
  • Repeat with remaining batter
  • Whisk together glaze ingredients **these measurements may vary depending on desired consistency. Glaze will be runny**
  • Drizzle glaze on each mini bundt AFTER cakes are completely cooled
  • **This can be done in a regular sized bundt pan, but be sure to increase cooking and cooling time**

    I'm wondering why this says Serves 24, but the directions say grease a 12 count mini bundt pan !!!!
