Chicken Cream Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cook chicken breasts and cut into bit size pieces or drain canned chicken
  • Put in greased 13x9 dish
  • Stir together soup and sour cream
  • **Sample mixture to get to your desired taste, some like it tangier than others**
  • Pour over chicken
  • Place in oven
  • Melt about 1 stick butter
  • Crush about 2 rolls of ritz crackers
  • Add crackers to butter to coat all crackers (add more butter or crackers as needed)
  • Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle crackers on top
  • Put back in oven about 30-45 minutes
  • **NEXT NUMBERS ARE VARIATIONS**
  • Use veggies instead of chicken to use as a side dish
  • Use BOTH chicken and veggies for a one dish meal
