Chicken Cream Casserole

- 4 or 5 large chicken breasts or 3 cans chicken shopping list
- 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 4 to 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- Ritz crackers shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook chicken breasts and cut into bit size pieces or drain canned chicken
- Put in greased 13x9 dish
- Stir together soup and sour cream
- **Sample mixture to get to your desired taste, some like it tangier than others**
- Pour over chicken
- Place in oven
- Melt about 1 stick butter
- Crush about 2 rolls of ritz crackers
- Add crackers to butter to coat all crackers (add more butter or crackers as needed)
- Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle crackers on top
- Put back in oven about 30-45 minutes

- Use veggies instead of chicken to use as a side dish
- Use BOTH chicken and veggies for a one dish meal
