Chicken Cream Casserole Recipe
This creamy chicken recipe is a hit with any chicken lover. It is great with the veggies baked in or left on the side!!

Ingredients
  • 4 or 5 large chicken breasts or 3 cans chicken
  • 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 to 8 oz sour cream
  • ritz crackers
  • butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook chicken breasts and cut into bit size pieces or drain canned chicken
  3. Put in greased 13x9 dish
  4. Stir together soup and sour cream
  5. **Sample mixture to get to your desired taste, some like it tangier than others**
  6. Pour over chicken
  7. Place in oven
  8. Melt about 1 stick butter
  9. Crush about 2 rolls of ritz crackers
  10. Add crackers to butter to coat all crackers (add more butter or crackers as needed)
  11. Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle crackers on top
  12. Put back in oven about 30-45 minutes
  13. **NEXT NUMBERS ARE VARIATIONS**
  14. Use veggies instead of chicken to use as a side dish
  15. Use BOTH chicken and veggies for a one dish meal
