Mexican Corn Bread Meat Meal Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Brown beef and onion and drain well
  • Stir mexicorn in with beef and onion
  • Pour in 13x9 baking dish
  • Pour picante sauce over top
  • Top with shredded cheese
  • Place in oven
  • Prepare cornbread as directed on box
  • Remove from oven and pour cornbread mix over top
  • Place back in oven for about 30 minutes or until cornbread is fully cooked
