Mexican Corn Bread Meat Meal

A great spin on Mexican cornbread. Add some beef and cheese and you're done!
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 1 can mexicorn shopping list
- 1 bag shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 small jar picante sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown beef and onion and drain well
- Stir mexicorn in with beef and onion
- Pour in 13x9 baking dish
- Pour picante sauce over top
- Top with shredded cheese
- Place in oven
- Prepare cornbread as directed on box
- Remove from oven and pour cornbread mix over top
- Place back in oven for about 30 minutes or until cornbread is fully cooked
