Russian Hamburgers

- 1 1/2 lb hamburger; or 2 lbs shopping list
- 4 slices bread; torn up in pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk; poured over bread pieces shopping list
- 1/2 tsp each, salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 whole egg shopping list
- 1 box gravy mix; or canned gravy shopping list
How to make it
- Soak bread in milk, add to meat, as well as spices and egg (slightly
- beaten), mix well and form into patties.
- Brown patties in frying pan. Then add gravy (should have 2-3 cups) and
- simmer until done.
