Ingredients
  • 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sicks butter - melted
  • 1 10oz package broccoli (chop fine thaw & drain)
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1cup cottage cheese

Directions
  1. mix all the above and bake in 9 x13 buttered dish or large cast iron pan.
  2. 45 mins @ 375
