Seafood Fettucine Recipe
This is an alternative to expensive shell-fish, but you wouldn't know it. The recipe is so rich and creamy, I think it's better alfredo than local restuarants! And oh, so easy!

Ingredients
  • 6 0unces Fettucine (I use linguine sometimes)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1- 8oz package Lois Lemp crab delights (or similar imitation crab)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • (also sometimes mix it up by adding some cooked shrimp)

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Heat butter and garlic in a skillet on medium until garlic is lightly bowned
  3. Add crab delights (or substitute), half and half, and pepper.
  4. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble, stirring occassionally.
  5. Add cheese and stir 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and toss with pasta.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
