Healthy amazing Vegan Waffles

- 1 cup unbleached white flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy milk shopping list
- 1/2 really ripe banana shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine shopping list
- splash vanilla extract shopping list
- small drop of almond extract shopping list
- 3 spoonfuls applesauce shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat your waffle maker
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl
- In a seperate bowl, mash banana, then add soy milk and mash more so they begin to mix
- add margarine at room temp.
- Mash and mix. The mix will start looking chunky (don't be alarmed!)
- add the extracts and apple sauce
- Keep mixing
- Add the dry ingredeints to the wet
- i will be really thick, so i reccomend adding a splash or two to the mix untill it gets to your desired texture
- Spray waffle iron with non stick spray if desired
- ladle the mix onto iron!
- Let the waffle iron do the rest!

This is my favorite vegan waffle recipe so far! I love it and so does my non vegan family. I have probably tried about 20 recipes and this one is hands down the best. Thanks!
