- YELLOW.RED GREEN PEPERS OR A BOTTLE OF pepper SALAD shopping list
- CAJUN-CREOLE spices shopping list
- bourbon shopping list
How to make it 
                    - FIRST YOU COOK YOUR RICE IN 1 POT
- MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR POTATOES 2-3 SMALL CUT INTO CUBES. ADD SALT TO THE WATER
- IN SEPERATE POT BROWN YOUR VEGGIES [ONIONS,PEPPERS]
- ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT STICK ONCE BROWN
- ADD 2CPS WATER AND I 1/2 CUP BOURBON TO POT
- ADD MEATS ALL IN THE SAME POT
- COOK DOWN AND SLOWLY ADD SPICES TO YOUR TASTE
- BY THE TIME YOUR MEAT IS COOKED AND TENDER NO WATER SHOULD BE LEFT IN YOUR RICE AND YOU CAN ADD YOUR MEAT POT TO YOUR RICE POT
- MIX WELL AND LET SET FOR 2-3 MN SO THE MEAT MIXTURE CAN FLAVOR THE RICE
