How to make it

  • FIRST YOU COOK YOUR RICE IN 1 POT
  • MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR POTATOES 2-3 SMALL CUT INTO CUBES. ADD SALT TO THE WATER
  • IN SEPERATE POT BROWN YOUR VEGGIES [ONIONS,PEPPERS]
  • ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT STICK ONCE BROWN
  • ADD 2CPS WATER AND I 1/2 CUP BOURBON TO POT
  • ADD MEATS ALL IN THE SAME POT
  • COOK DOWN AND SLOWLY ADD SPICES TO YOUR TASTE
  • BY THE TIME YOUR MEAT IS COOKED AND TENDER NO WATER SHOULD BE LEFT IN YOUR RICE AND YOU CAN ADD YOUR MEAT POT TO YOUR RICE POT
  • MIX WELL AND LET SET FOR 2-3 MN SO THE MEAT MIXTURE CAN FLAVOR THE RICE
