Ingredients

PINEAPPLE RICE

2 c. rice

1/2 c. sugar

Pineapple tidbits

Lg. carton Cool Whip

Boil rice. Drain in strainer and run cold water over it so it doesn't stick. Mix in sugar, then pineapple, then Cool Whip. (Fruit cocktail may also be added.)
