How to make it
- Line the pan/mold with sugar syrup
- Mix condense milk, evaporated milk and egg yolks well. Mix gently to eliminate bubbles.
- Strain with the the use of a cloth for it not to have lumps while pouring that batter to the pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Steam for 30mins when using electric steamer and 40mins when using stove/burner.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (refrigerating it for a day will make the leche flan creamier - RECOMMENDED.
