- tortellini Ai Formaggi With prosciutto and peas shopping list
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini shopping list
- 1/4 cup water, reserved from cooking pasta shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/4 lb prosciutto, sliced into thin strips shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 pinch nutmeg, freshly grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated shopping list
- 3/4 cup frozen baby peas, thawed shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Cook tortellini according to package directions if using store-bought - if homemade - cook till done. shopping list
- Melt butter in skillet and cook garlic for 1 minute. shopping list
- Add prosciutto and cook for 2 minutes. shopping list
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. shopping list
- Add nutmeg and simmer until cream is thickened and reduced by half. shopping list
- Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan and peas. shopping list
- Stir in reserved cooking liquid and tortellini and toss to coat. shopping list
- season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. shopping list
