Holland Brunch Rice

- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage shopping list
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1 large carrot shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 4 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain and return meat to skillet then add mushrooms, carrot and onions.
- Cook 2 minutes.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl.
- Reduce heat to medium then pour egg mixture over vegetables.
- Cook stirring for 2 minutes then add rice and cheese stirring to separate grains.
- Heat 2 minutes then serve immediately.
