Imitation Crab Meat Cakes

- 1 12 oz package of Louis Kemp imitation crab shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 package (usually 3 or 4) scallions shopping list
- root bottom removed , cut in half shopping list
- I used the whole scallion white and green part shopping list
- Old Bay Seasoning to your liking shopping list
- a few drops hot sauce shopping list
- cayenne pepper seasoning shopping list
- ----------- shopping list
- flour shopping list
- egg shopping list
- panko bread crumbs or regular plain shopping list
- --------------- shopping list
- oil twice around skillit shopping list
- 2 pats butter shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients ending with the cayenne into blender(or processor)
- you may leave a little chunky or purree, your choice
- remove from blender
- form into large cakes
- -------
- dip in flour, egg and breadcrumb
- fry til they reach crispiness desired
- serve with your preferred fish sauce
- That's it!
