Crumb Coated Fish

- white fillets of fish according to the number of people shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the fillets into pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each piece. On two different plates put the flour and the bread crumbs. In a bowl put the beaten eggs. Roll the fish in the flour, than in the eggs and finally in the bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil until the fillets turn white on the inside and flake when touched with a fork.
