Crumb Coated Fish Recipe
This is an easy to make, cheap recipe that provides a great serving of healthy fish. It is great with french fries, rice or potatoes. It even makes a nice meal all on it's own.

Ingredients
  • white fillets of fish according to the number of people
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • bread crumbs
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Cut the fillets into pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each piece. On two different plates put the flour and the bread crumbs. In a bowl put the beaten eggs. Roll the fish in the flour, than in the eggs and finally in the bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil until the fillets turn white on the inside and flake when touched with a fork.
