Ingredients

Small head of iceberg lettuce depending on how many servings are needed

2 tablespoons of sour cream, enough to coat the lettuce nicely

pinch of salt

Directions

Shred the lettuce into medium sized pieces. Mix lettuce with sour cream and add salt to taste.
